There are just a few sculptors in the Birmingham Art Association and Charles Smith is one of them. His bronze of Medal of Honor recipient Staff Sergeant Melvin Morris is particularly impressive and was recently dedicate in Cocoa, FL, where Sergeant Morris resides.
